What do you like best about Jira?

The best thing which I used in this is it’s user interface. Everything is stocked up at one place and boom! You are ready to use , measure performance or tasks assigned to the team. The another beauty of this software that anybody who is not from technical background could use this easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

Only thing which I didn’t like to generate reports section wise. JIRA needs to work on the reports section as this used in their testing tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jira:

I would say yes, for sure, Because of its simplicity at some extent.Like I said, it does not meets our full requirements.Reports section should be distinguished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

In business operations I was using this. For example, in my project, to onboard team members, and to raise change request and assign tasks to different team members were involved in this.In order to track, team performances and the status of their work and progress made resolved some of the business problems.
