Jira is a very powerful issue-tracking and project management tool, and it’s one of the most commonly used tools for project management. We use it for agile planning, bug tracking, and for creating stories and incidents. The UI/UX is simple and user-friendly, and it’s also easy to customize to fit our needs. Pricing increases very rapidly if you upgrade the tier of the product or use any advances feature like upgrading to advanced, premium or enterprise or by increasing the number of people. Lots of customization are available which sometimes creates chaos or become difficult to manage. It's little bit difficult to understand for beginner from non-technical background.
