What do you like best about Jira Cloud for Sheets?

I often need to export data from Jira to an Excel sheet, and I feel very comfortable using this Jira add-on feature because it makes my life easier. What do you dislike about Jira Cloud for Sheets?

Not much to add, but the UI could be improved a bit. It would also help if fields could be renamed as needed. Better support and providing some templates would make things easier and simplify day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira Cloud for Sheets solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me create presentation-ready data for my work very quickly. It’s not always easy to share Jira issue links, and I often need to share the information as actual data instead.
