What I like best is how quickly you can go from idea to live experience. The visual editor feels closer to editing a doc than configuring software - you click the element, write the copy, adjust the styling, and publish, no dev ticket required. That speed is the real ROI for us: onboarding tweaks that used to sit in the engineering backlog for weeks now ship the same day, which easily justifies the cost compared to building this in-house.
Performance has been solid - tours load smoothly and don't slow the product down, which was one of my worries going in. Integrations are straightforward too; connecting it to our existing stack and pulling in user data for targeting took very little effort, so we could segment flows by role or behaviour from the start.
The AI features are a nice time-saver, especially for drafting tour copy and getting a first version of a flow you can then refine. And support deserves a mention - onboarding was hands-on, and whenever we had a question the team answered quickly and actually followed up. It feels like they care whether you get value out of the product, not just whether you signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, not much. I haven't run into anything that got in the way of using it day-to-day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
