"Jibunu is great most of the time, but lacks essential communication"

4/5

Describe the project or task Jibunu helped with:

Jibunu was hired by my company to create and host advanced research surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jibunu?

Jibunu is able to understand and create very advanced survey that implement complicated logic. They provide valuable insight on how to improve things to help the customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibunu?

Jibunu initially delivers really high quality and timely results. However, once you develop a partnership it is quite unfortunate that things seem to go downhill. Timing and quality both suffer. Their QC team does not thoroughly check the links and many things break and take a long time to fix. They have very intelligent people on their team, but I have noticed that they have begun to slack and try to take the easy way out instead of properly implementing things. What problems is Jibunu solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I said, Jibunu has helped us create very advanced surveys that would not be possible with many other less advanced companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
