Before Jibble, it was somewhat difficult to track the hours people worked and chasing timesheet at the end of pay period was another headache.
The layout (UI/UX) also makes a huge difference where remote team workers can take advantage of the desktop widget or mobile app by tapping the clock-in/out icon, ensuring that nobody misses an entry. It is also quite easy for people who are not tech savvy to figure things out on their own without a walkthrough.
Additionally, the facial recognition feature on the shared tablet scans fast, verifies a person quickly, and immediately logs the timestamp.
I will also mention the mobile app again, as it has not disappointed because it also logs GPS pins and timestamps even in offline mode to smoothly sync when there is connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say that the biggest annoyance for me is the lack of a proper dark mode feature. For people with light sensitivity, the interface can be blindingly bright.
For the facial recognition, and although it works well in controlled environments, it can get frustrating when the lighting shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
