What do you like best about Jibble?

Clocking in and out is fast. I pick the project and activity and start working, with no weekly timesheet to fill in from memory. I can always see my daily total, which helps me stay under our daily hours cap, and my logged time matches what my lead sees, so month-end approvals go smoothly. What do you dislike about Jibble?

Time zones are the biggest pain. Our org runs on Pacific time and I’m in India, so late sessions can split across two dates or show up on the wrong day. With a daily hours cap, that can look like an overage I have to explain. Letting me view my timesheet in local time would fix this. I’d also like an idle or “still working?” reminder so a missed clock-out doesn’t keep running, and a clearer message when a project or activity is missing from my list instead of having to ask my lead. What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work remotely as a contractor on an AI training project, with a lead and teammates spread across different time zones. Before Jibble, tracking my hours meant keeping my own notes during the week and then filling out a timesheet at the end. It was easy to forget a work session or end up guessing start and end times, and my lead didn’t have a straightforward way to verify what I’d logged against what I’d actually delivered.

With Jibble, I now clock in and out as I work, tied to a specific project and activity. My hours get captured in real time instead of being reconstructed from memory, and my lead can see the same information I do without needing to chase me for updates.

The biggest benefit for me is the time saved on admin. I’d estimate it saves me about 15–20 minutes each week that used to go into compiling and double-checking timesheets. Month-end approvals are smoother too: because the hours are already tagged to the right project, there’s rarely any back-and-forth about missing entries or unclear logs.
