I use Jibble to track employee locations. I like the real-time tracking insights and geofence locations, which help me set controls for employees. I can see employees’ live locations and use satellite view to get a broader view of the area. I can also see whether an employee is currently active. I don’t get a reminder when an employee misses clocking, and Jibble doesn’t notify me if their phone, location, or network is turned off or they’re inactive. If an employee stays in the same place for a long time, I can’t tell whether their location is off or they’re actually still there. Jibble also doesn’t show the distance employees travel during the day or between locations. I’d like to see these status details beside each employee’s name, get manager notifications, and have travel distances shown in the tracking sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
