We are a growing social media marketing startup, where our team works on different client projects — from scripting and shooting to video editing, revisions, approvals, and finally publishing content.
What I like most about Jibble is the visibility it gives us into this entire workflow. We can track how much time an employee spends on a particular task or client project. For example, we can see that a particular client’s video took around 1 hour to complete, while another type of video might take 2–3 hours.
This helps us understand our team’s actual productivity and workload instead of relying on assumptions. We can see how many videos are being handled, how much time is being spent on each stage, and where work is getting delayed.
The data is also really useful for identifying bottlenecks. If editing or revisions are consistently taking more time than expected, we can identify it and work on improving that part of our process.
For a social media marketing startup, where we’re handling multiple clients and a high volume of content every day, this kind of visibility has been really valuable. Jibble helps us understand where our team’s time is going, optimise our workflow, and make better decisions as we scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I don’t have any major dislikes about Jibble at the moment. We’re currently using the free plan, and it already covers most of what we need for our day-to-day operations.
As we continue growing and our requirements become more advanced, we may explore some of the additional features available in the paid plans, but for now, we haven’t faced any significant issues with Jibble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
