What do you like best about Jersey Watch?

Easy to set-up, use, and update website. Customer Service is amazing, I get responses the same day and they're always specific and helpful. Jersey Watch makes the team administration side of running a sports organization very streamlined and enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jersey Watch?

You cannot add multiple registrations into one checkout. We have *many* occasions where our users have multiple children they are registering for and the fees really add up fast. I know there's options for discounts, but that cuts into our budget of per athlete expenses, which we try to keep as low as possible. I just wish our large families (we're a homeschooling organization-most have 3-6 children) could save a little $ here. We have hundreds registrations per year through Jersey Watch. What problems is Jersey Watch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jersey Watch makes it easy to set up a registration form, collect information, sort through registrants, track registrations, and collect money for us. Jersey Watch makes it easy to customize our website so that any one can do it, techy or not. Jersey Watch helps us when we do have techy questions, like syncing our website domain with Google Workspace for non-profits. I also like the mass email, text feature. It's nice being able to reach who I need to reach in one go without having to manually add every address in an email in google. Jersey Watch is affordable. This is a big one.
