"Jeenie Makes Zoom Meetings Seamless!!"

What do you like best about Jeenie?

I really like that we can integrate this tool into our Zoom meetings on demand and connect with an interpreter within minutes. I also appreciate that there are over 80 languages available for translation. It’s genuinely changed the way we think about communicating with our clients, allowing us to focus on their problems instead of getting stuck on communication barriers. What do you dislike about Jeenie?

The only thing I dislike about Jeenie is that when you’re trying to connect with an interpreter on demand, the language options are somewhat limited. For some languages, it also takes more time to schedule with an interpreter because you have to schedule them interpreter in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jeenie:

When you need an on-demand interpreter for commonly used languages, this tool comes in handy almost every time. The app also offers other languages that require more advanced scheduling, but it’s still worth it to be able to connect with an interpreter on your time and on your terms when you’re trying to bridge communication gaps or challenges you may be encountering with someone else. The application is available for download on smartphones, and you can use it on the web as well. You can also connect the app to Zoom so you can use it and integrate it into your Zoom meetings. What problems is Jeenie solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using this product has helped us bridge the gap between what our staff can do on their own and the support they can access at their fingertips with this tool. With it available for all of our staff to communicate with clients, it’s been changing the way we reach out to our clients and make a difference in the communities we serve.
