I love the ability to search applicants for keywords in resumes. I also love how it integrates with the G enterprise. Unlike spreadsheets or other ATS software, JazzHR also allows for offers to be made and includes electronic document signing. It eases the hiring process immensely. I dislike the inability to sync multiple software or track paid postings individually. It can be all or nothing. To smaller companies, the initial cost can seem overwhelming as well.
