I like that JazzHR lets us have unlimited users across plans, so our whole recruitment team, hiring managers, and executives can review resumes and leave interview feedback without added cost. I also like the one-click job board syndication, which sends active postings to major job boards and brings applications into one dashboard. The custom hiring workflows are helpful for sending follow-up questionnaires, scheduling interviews, sending invites, and triggering rejection emails. I appreciate the integrations with background check services and HRIS and payroll tools like ADP, BambooHR, and Rippling, and being able to schedule calendars directly with hiring managers so I don’t have to manually email them and candidates about interviews. JazzHR’s interface is way, way better than ADP’s. The initial setup was very easy, and the JazzHR team walked us through the process. JazzHR is also helpful for delivering a good candidate experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find JazzHR’s sourcing capabilities limited because it’s mainly built to organize inbound applicants and lacks native passive candidate sourcing tools and outbound contact finders. I’d like more sourcing options, such as advanced AI matchmaking or integrated sourcing tools. I also find tagging candidates a hassle: the hiring manager’s name doesn’t appear automatically, so I have to manually select the assigned recruiter. It would be helpful if JazzHR automatically showed who touched the candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
