I like the Domain concept in Jaspersoft, which has been really helpful. It allows clients to create their own reports by whitelisting generic tables and columns, thus eliminating the need for developers to create new reports for every client request. The initial setup of Jaspersoft was easy because we had a proper guide for integration with our existing software. The support team was very helpful in resolving issues within a stipulated time.
