What do you like best about Jas AI?

I like how Jas AI is easy to use and offers great support. The development speed and accuracy are also impressive, and I find the easy integrations very helpful. It automates guest communication through WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram, which is a big plus. We've built an AI agent using our knowledge base and prompts, and the agent can respond on our behalf. What do you dislike about Jas AI?

The local PMS integration could be improved. They can go deeper on the PMS integration where we want to see the customers request on our PMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jas AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Jas AI to automate guest communication, orchestrating messages pre-check-in and post-checkout via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram.
