I love that Jamie automatically transcribes all my meetings and recognizes when I'm in a meeting. It works smoothly and with just a few clicks, so I don't have to think much about Jamie, and all my meetings are captured. I especially love the support. Whenever I had questions or issues, the team responded extremely quickly, sometimes solving my problems in a new version within a few days. I once had stability issues, just minor bugs in the software. Sometimes a window didn't work quite right, or I had to search for it again. But it was fixed pretty quickly. Of course, it's super annoying when a meeting unexpectedly doesn't work. It rarely happened to me and, as far as I know, is always being improved, but it's naturally annoying if it happens.
