What do you like best about Jackrabbit Dance?

Chat feature is my favorite - I always get my problem solved! Also, reporting, & Ability to email and text individual classes. I can't compare to competitors as we have been with Jackrabbit for a very long time. No intention to switch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Dance?

There isn't a way to combine our rec class tuition from our company class tuition, given they have different pricing and discount structures. My coordinator has to manually put in the monthly amounts for our company members as a combined number. It's not that difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jackrabbit Dance:

We have had it for many years, but we set it up incorrectly as we weren't even sure what we needed at the time. We can work with our setup so it's not really an issue. Just make sure to be thorough in your set up and it will be an amazing product to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jackrabbit Dance solving and how is that benefiting you?

JR has makes registration easy, solves taking payments, makes customer communication easy, and has robust financial reporting. As the off-site owner, I can get as much or as little detail as possible whenever I want or need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
