Jace has been extremely helpful in categorizing emails and in drafting replies in 'my voice'. It's easy to set rules and to have those rules be followed to clean up email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Jace AI?
Sometimes the rules cause emails to be tagged incorrectly or multiple times. In addition, it sometimes drafts replies to emails that do not need a response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
