I like that J.J. Keller has really great support. Any time I have had questions about our FMCSA compliance, they have always been incredibly helpful. Especially with DataSense, which we use to manage our DQ files. When I first started working with trucking, I was really confused and wasn't sure how a lot of it worked, especially the DQ files. Our compliance advisor really helped me through the process to make sure our drivers stay compliant. Fleet Mentor has also been really useful with keeping track of truck information and maintenance. I will say one thing that I sort of dislike about J.J. Keller is all of the extra advertising. There have been a few times where I've been called from my work to take a phone call where I'm essentially asked to give a quick survey about a J.J. Keller product or webcast. I don't mind taking surveys at all, but I really don't prefer doing them over the phone. Emailing the surveys would be a lot better, in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
