I have used the code enforcement and permit management products a good bit now. There's simple web access for tablets and phones when out on inspections, and live updates with other people that works amazing. Unlike a lot of companies, iWorQ does have customer service and they do answer their phone. Software covers everything I could think to need for code and permitting. Great to use daily, very quick to get running and they have a sandbox site one can tinker with while they worked to get it passed.
