I like the easy-to-use search in iWave, along with the quick search results. I appreciate the interface and the profiles you can create, which give me accurate information about the donors I'm looking up. I find it valuable to confirm where they have given, how much they have given, and the type of gift. Another great feature I enjoy is the ability to look up real estate the donor owns, allowing me to see the transaction history of the real estate property and check if the donor owns multiple properties. I don't know all the features for iWave. I feel like there can be more training offered for this. Maybe having a recent search history feature so in case the search is lost, you can click back in rather than re-entering everything back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
