What do you like best about iVoiceUp?

I love how they’ve made it simple for everyone to report through many convenient, smart reporting channels, while still keeping it packed with advanced features. Also, the recent updates include a lot of AI features that have made reporting and investigations much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iVoiceUp?

Nothing really stands out. Sometimes they add unnecessary security measures. I understand they want to protect confidential data in the system, and they also need to make sure they stay compliant with local and international regulations and certifications, but some of these security measures feel like too much to me. What problems is iVoiceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had very low engagement with previous systems. The system is much easier to use. The team is truly supportive and would launch marketing campaigns, and sometimes they would even come physically on the premises to raise awareness and make sure everyone knew about the system and liked it, in an effort to increase engagement and awareness.
