"Easy way to automate sms outreach for beginners"

What do you like best about iVisionMobile?

This proved to be an easy tool to create outbound SMS marketing campaigns. It was a semi-new channel for the company when we implemented it, and it was quite easy to setup and also make any adjustments once live. There's still some pieces we don't use, which we'll start integrating as we mature. So good to know that you can grow into the tool

What do you dislike about iVisionMobile?

Not having a ton of experience in this medium before IVM, hard to compare it to others or make complaints.

We had it set up with minor fuss, the team was helpful, and we got campaigns underway pretty quick. So overall we're pretty positive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iVisionMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now have new ways and channels to create touchpoints with our customers. We saw our email engagement rates dropping, and this has helped push them back in the right direction which our marketing directors were happy to see.
