I like how I can take notes on a lead's profile while being on another call with another contact—little things like this matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say I like that sometimes I wish I can put my own background as the wallpaper but it only comes with pre-loaded wallpapers to choose from which aren't bad. Would be cool to add a custom wallpaper we could upload Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
