What I like most is how much routine endpoint work it automates. Patching, configuration, and device health checks take far less manual effort, which frees up my team to focus on higher-priority work. Having device management, security, and visibility in a single console also makes it easier to understand what’s happening across our endpoints and address issues before users even notice them. What I dislike most is the learning curve. The platform includes a lot of features, and it took me a while to understand how the policies, automation rules, and console settings all fit together. On top of that, some reporting and customization options felt limited for our needs, and a few issues took longer than I would have liked to get resolved through support.
