> In my previous role, Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management gave us centralized visibility and control over managed devices across our environment. From an administrative perspective, I appreciated being able to monitor endpoint health, track device inventory, verify compliance, and perform remote management tasks from a single console. It reduced the time spent switching between different tools and made it easier to support users, maintain endpoint standards, and respond quickly to issues. The reporting and device insights also helped us make better operational decisions and keep our endpoint environment well organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
> One area that could be improved is the flexibility of reporting and dashboard customization. While the platform provides useful endpoint data, creating reports tailored to different operational needs can take additional effort. The interface also has a learning curve for new administrators because of the number of available policies and management options. Once familiar with the platform, it works well, but simplifying navigation and offering more intuitive report customization would make the overall experience even better.
