I love the fact that we no longer have to update every single policy. Electronic information is awesome! Prompt and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easier use of the information if needed to update... Sometimes I feel like there is a black hole that information seems lost in.. Maybe more information easier to locate or worded differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivans Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping our database up to date. More precise information from the carriers that utilize the Ivans. It would be great if they would update commercial accounts. Include Medical, life, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
