I like that Ivans Download is considered a standard in the industry, which aligns us with industry standards and meets the expectations of agencies. The direct connection to an agency’s workflows is really beneficial. The relationship we’ve built with them as a partner has been excellent. I find policy download, claims download, and eDocs/messages to be the most valuable features. The initial setup was quite easy since we were already using it on a small scale.
