I like Ivalua's ability to customize and enhance the system based on our business needs, which is really beneficial for us. The enhancements implemented as part of upgrades have been very helpful for our processes, allowing our end users to spend less time on admin work and more time with their residents. I think there's some limitations on the supplier side. Specifically, I'm finding challenges with onboarding, particularly around the W9 and certain requirements that we just can't get past. Additionally, the initial setup was very challenging due to issues with our implementation partner, WNS, although we have been more successful with enhancements since switching partners.
