What do you like best about iubenda?
It has a free option with minimal requirements, which can be very handy when you have a small site.
It helps you set up a cookie banner really well. Once you’ve completed the setup, it’s very easy to add the necessary policies to your site. With the guided setup, you can get everything in place in a jiffy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about iubenda?
It has so many extras (like consent database, whistle blower form) etc what makes it a bit difficult to know what you should use.
Also some of the docs are no longer relevant, so you read documentation and the mentioned buttons etc do no longer exists.
When you need help, the chat is rather slow. an Ai chat bot could maybe be handy for those cases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
