I find iTrent incredibly user-friendly for managing our payroll system, especially for a large team like ours with over 5,000 employees. I really appreciate the flexibility it offers, allowing us to customize processes to suit our organization's specific needs. The data conversion function is particularly helpful for handling large volumes of data efficiently, which is crucial for our payroll operations. I also value the responsive support team, who are quick to assist us with any issues and help us use the system to its full potential. The various access levels for different teams and the employee self-service functions make iTrent adaptable and easy to navigate, which is a big plus for us. I also appreciate how we can move and customize the dashboard items for better usability. Overall, the system's adaptability and the support network are what make iTrent stand out for me. I think there's a lot more potential to iTrent that we could be using, but because we only use the payroll function, it really limits sort of the ability the system has. We're holding it back because it's got much more abilities around absence schemes, statutory payments, reports, and journals for finance which we're not using. And even though iTrent interacts well with other systems and has interfaces between them, our problem is with the other HR system we use that doesn't integrate well, which makes data handling more manual and cumbersome.
