What do you like best about ITRAK 365?

The data that ITRAK collects has always been available in our paper forms, but there was never much we could do with it. ITRAK has streamlined our processes and allowed us to gain valuable insights by consolidating the information we already had into an easy to understand dashboard. The switch was easy, as soon as the forms were created it was seamless for our staff to switch from our old paper lists to the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITRAK 365?

There was a little bit of confusion about how to edit the lists in the beginning but I think that was our misconception, once we were shown by the ITRAK team it made sense and has been easy since Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ITRAK 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

ITRAK is consolidating the existing information found in paper lists and making it easier to track and maintain consistency in completing tasks, the convenience of finding all the data we need in a simple and straightforward dashboard has allowed us to make better, faster decisions to ensure our staff are completing all necessary tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
