The software is highly configurable and can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. Whenever questions arise, I have consistently had very good experiences with Itonics support. Tables are cumbersome to set up and subsequently maintain. Additionally, it is not possible to access data from other entries from within individual entities. As a result, for example, within a project, information from a user's profile cannot be retrieved to automatically include their department in the project information.
