What do you like best about Iterable?

Not really. Haven't used new features. I still use it the same as I always have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

Ability to delete experiments and not copy them over when I copy an email with an experiment. Sometimes I just want to copy the content of the email without the experiment and keep the same graphics of the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to make automations for customers we want to keep in constant contact with. It also helps us set up reminders for customers when they are expecting service from us. It allows us to create messaging that is personalized to our customers. It allows us to be creative and test different things out, but also allows us to be successful in those tests. It allows you to really personalize what you want to do, and how you want to do that. For automations, we can test different things. For bulk emails, we can test different things. It helps us save time and overall money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
