What do you like best about Iterable?

I love Iterable for its powerful segmentation and automation capabilities. We can leverage all kinds of user data, from basic info to complex behavioral insights, to create highly personalized, timely campaigns. What do you dislike about Iterable?

What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?
