## Iterable Reviews
 ### 1. Iterable: The Intuitive Platform That Makes Data Actionable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake B. | Automation and Retention Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

It's an intuitive platform that makes connecting your data and making it actionable incredibly easy. The platform allows my team and I to quickly move from idea to execution to orchestrate user touch points that create real value to the business.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

The out of the box reporting is lacking insights, it provides what every system provides which is overall and per campaign analytics but diving deeper into those data points aren't well supported.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable makes the setup of campaigns, triggered and automated messaging possibly in an easy to use interface. We're able to reach out with the right messaging to the right people at the right time enabling the team to increase the LTV of customers while also helping to engage those users in a way that keeps them coming back and not burned out by over messaging or receiving messaging that's not right for them.

 ### 2. Amazing customer service and high-quality cross channel marketing platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shweta P. | Marketing Technology and Operations Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

1. Iterable Team: From the moment we started working with them, their team was there to guide us through every step of the process. They provide expert advice, support and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns our team ever has, they always go above and beyond to ensure a smooth resolution.

2. Product: It's one of the best I've seen so far. The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use, with a robust set of features that enable our teams to create targeted and personalized campaigns that resonate with my audience.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I don't dislike anything about the product or the team so far

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Customer Segmentation
2. Personalization
3. Marketing automations

All these capabilities help us with quick turnarounds and achieve efficiencies at scale

 ### 3. Easy-to-use ESP with flexible and versatile tools and impressive customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace G. | Senior channel marketing specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable is a straightforward platform that can do a lot. Its engagement and personalisation features are great and customer support is amazing. The UI is easy to use and they don't over-complicate their tools. They're also bringing in a bunch of cool AI tools I'm excited to use.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

As Iterable is still growing, it doesn't have some of the tools other ESPs provide (like preference centres), but they have partnerships with other providers, and I understand this feature, as well as others (like SMS) are coming soon.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Iterable to target customers in different stages of their journey. Iterable makes it easy to segment these customers and contact them at the right time with the right information.

 ### 4. Streamlined Our Email Marketing with Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliana F. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I like Iterable for its ease of use and user-friendly interface. The ability to integrate with AI is really valuable to us, as it helps in growing our company. It's easy to make visible changes, which adds to the flexibility in design. With Iterable, we can integrate onboarding, automated emails, and email marketing into one place, and it's great for expanding and growing our marketing outreach with more trust and experimentation. It consolidates the tools we used before, enabling us to scale quickly without much developer support, allowing our team to be creative on a faster timeline. Viewing data is much simpler and can be done across multiple teams, keeping everyone on the same page and helping us execute and ideate without roadblocks.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I'd love to be able to delete data forms.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable consolidates onboarding, automated emails, and email marketing, allowing us to scale marketing efficiently. It supports creativity by reducing dev support and offers an easy-to-use interface for seamless data sharing across teams.

 ### 5. A Stable, Flexible Platform for Modern Lifecycle Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable is significantly more stable and reliable than other ESPs I’ve worked in. I’ve used platforms where glitches, lag, or inconsistent behavior created friction in day-to-day execution — that hasn’t been my experience with Iterable. Campaigns build cleanly, journeys function as expected, and segmentation updates predictably, which builds trust in the system.

The segmentation and Journey Builder are both powerful and intuitive. We’re able to build fairly sophisticated lifecycle programs without heavy engineering dependency, and the UI makes it easy to QA, iterate, and scale. That balance between flexibility and usability is one of the platform’s biggest strengths.

Customer support has also been a standout. Responses are thoughtful, timely, and solution-oriented — not just surface-level troubleshooting. Beyond that, the product team is genuinely receptive to feedback. I’ve shared input on specific functionality, and have seen tangible adjustments and improvements made as a result. That level of responsiveness makes the relationship feel like a partnership rather than just a vendor contract.

Finally, their integration ecosystem is strong. Iterable connects well with the broader marketing stack, which makes activation across channels and tools much more seamless.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

At times, it feels like product prioritization leans toward larger, headline features — such as the AI suite — while smaller quality-of-life improvements that would meaningfully enhance day-to-day usability take longer to address. The platform is powerful, but there are workflow and UI refinements that could make it even more efficient for power users managing high campaign volume.

Additionally, while the experiment reporting is strong from a data perspective, the experimentation framework itself doesn’t always align cleanly with how many lifecycle marketers conceptually structure tests. The measurement capabilities are there, but the setup and organization of experiments can feel slightly disconnected from standard marketing test design (e.g., how teams think about holdouts, variable isolation, or campaign-level vs. journey-level testing).

Neither of these issues are blockers, but they represent opportunities to better align product development with how practitioners actually operate day to day.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable solves two major operational challenges for our team: audience autonomy and cross-channel orchestration.

First, its segmentation capabilities reduce our dependency on engineering and data teams for audience creation. In an environment where those resources are focused on core product work, being able to independently build and activate dynamic audiences is critical. It allows us to move faster, iterate more frequently, and respond to behavioral signals in near real time.

Second, Iterable centralizes multi-channel communication. Instead of managing email, push, and other touchpoints in separate tools, we can orchestrate them within a single journey framework. That enables us to design more cohesive lifecycle experiences rather than isolated campaigns. We’re able to map communication to user behavior across channels and build more comprehensive engagement paths.

The combined benefit is speed, flexibility, and greater strategic control over the customer experience — without adding operational complexity.

 ### 6. Powerful Marketing Automation with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron B. | VP, CRM Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I like the nice interface of Iterable, making it easy to use. The data integration is straightforward, and the APIs are solid. I appreciate the instant segmentation and results, which are crucial for marketing. The email builder is easy to use, and the support for handlebars language throughout the product allows for technical specificity. Iterable is also part email, push, in-app message, SMS engine, and part orchestration engine, which efficiently delivers messages to different channels. It's built for rapid responses, allowing marketers to quickly reach the audience or information they need. I also find the modern interface, faster results and deployments, and easier access to everything—including data segments, email building, and verifying KPIs—very beneficial. The setup is pretty straightforward, too.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I need to be able to delete fields. I need to be able to change field type. I need to be able to edit field names. I need to have a proper Sandbox and promotion capability to move anything from one project to another, or to share across projects. I would love for Partners to have more access and input to the future of the tools, as well as the time to preview and train on new features prior to general availability for end users.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable acts as a comprehensive marketing automation platform, enabling effective message orchestration across channels and providing rapid data access without coding. It offers faster results and deployment than legacy platforms.

 ### 7. Streamlined Marketing with Iterable's User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meghan L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I've been an Iterable user since 2022 and I am beyond thrilled with the AI features and the ability to grow with the AI community here. The tool is great for our marketing campaigns and engaging with our audience, especially since it's a very seasonal business. The ease of creating templates within Iterable makes my job so much easier. I take full advantage of the creative library and keep organized with folders for parts of my templates that I use daily, as well as one-offs. It's so much easier to have all of our interactions with users in one platform, which gives us better data on preferences and customer engagement. The transition to Iterable has been very smooth for our life cycle marketing, and I'm quite happy with the progress.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I'm still learning some parts of Iterable that we should be taking more advantage of, like handlebars. I think our company needs to focus on data hygiene, and that's something I need to work on a bit more to use the data to our advantage.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable enhances our email marketing and audience engagement year-round. It simplifies my job with easy template creation and organized folders. Managing all user interactions on one platform gives us better insights into customer preferences.

 ### 8. Powerful, Intuitive Iterable—Great Support, Still Evolving Beyond E-commerce

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable is a powerful tool that has made significant investments in its capabilities over the last few years. It offers comprehensive, user-intuitive features that are easy to navigate and apply. One of the best parts of Iterable is the resources and the people you work with to help optimize and get the most out of those enhancements. The drag-and-drop functionality and journey optimization features have been especially helpful for our team, and the data ingestion capabilities—along with the newer features around data ingestion and usage—are extremely exciting.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Iterable is a great tool but it is very much skewed towards e-commerce and mast blasts versus consistent triggers and ongoing triggered journeys. I think it is making significant investments towards changing this, but many of the features, like embedded messaging, still skew heavily that way.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable is helping us overcome our personalization struggles by continuing to expand its features and improve its data operations.

 ### 9. Iterable: Easy Campaigns, Outstanding Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I love how Iterable makes it super easy to stand up email and SMS campaigns without needing to rely on our production or engineering teams. Its ease of use is a major plus for me. We have a fantastic customer success partner at Iterable, Tracy, who truly understands our business and product, and partners with us in an extraordinary way. This level of partnership is both unusual and amazing. Journey creation is a standout feature for me. Moreover, switching to Iterable from Responsys and our homegrown platform was a great decision as Iterable is way ahead in terms of stability, reliability, and flexibility. It allows us to set up tests, change journeys, or update email copies on the fly, which we couldn't do with our previous systems.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

It's been tough to land on the right tech support partner.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable makes it easy to create and modify email/SMS campaigns without tech team dependency. It's reliable and flexible, unlike our previous platforms, allowing us to set up tests and updates swiftly.

 ### 10. User-Friendly with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachael F. | Audience Development Operations & Planning Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I find Iterable helps with building campaigns and making journeys quicker. I like that it's very easy to get a hold of CMS agents and that the code is easy to use. The different colors and HTML code are great because they help me find things, locate specific issues, and update the code easily. I appreciate having a CMS on hand where I can chat with them through Slack and get a hold of them quickly. The initial setup of Iterable was very easy!

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Updates will be pushed through with the UI interface and won’t let us know so sometimes it’s hard when we will go back into the platform and it looks completely different or operates differently and have been updated about it.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable helps build campaigns and speed up marketing journeys. I find the HTML code and color use helpful in locating issues. Easy access to CMS agents through Slack enhances support.

 ### 11. Versatile CRM Tool with Room for A/B Testing Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Selene P. | Senior CRM Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I used Iterable in my previous role for almost 5 years, managing the whole CRM program, and I used it daily to create and analyze campaigns, as well as segmentation and A/B testing. It's a great tool that allowed me to manage 19 markets in a single template, and I loved using handlebars to create dynamic content. I really valued the easy UI, which made working with it a breeze. The segmentation feature was incredibly valuable, and I appreciated the AI helper when it comes to coding.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

The A/B testing feature could be improved. It seems like Braze is much more advanced. It would be beneficial if they invest in the ability to mix and match different components so the tool could create the most engaging version for users. Also, the initial setup wasn't easy, particularly when checking if the data was correct.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I managed 19 markets in a single template and used handlebars to create dynamic content. Iterable's easy UI and segmentation, along with the AI helper for coding, enhanced our CRM program.

 ### 12. AI-Powered, User-Friendly Journeys That Accelerate Our Marketing Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meghan H. | Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

It has been amazing as we grow out our customer marketing program. With all the embedded ai components, we have been able to build and iterate on journeys at a pace unavailable to us before. It’s very user friendly and continues to provide updates that really show how focused the tool is on staying on top of marketing trends, and growing with the times.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Previously, the main issue for us was not being able to delete fields. However, we’ve already gotten a sneak peek at what’s coming next, and it looks like a major improvement for our team.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalization! It’s on us to continue to build out the collections in our catalog so that we can fine tune even more what we are sending to users, and when. Iterable has really opened up this possibility for us, which has been exciting!

 ### 13. Streamlined Journey Creation, But Needs Simpler Batch Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jiangyi W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I like that Iterable is constantly updating their features, and I appreciate that we have premium support. Every time we run into issues, they are very quick to get us the response I need.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I saw there should be an easier way just to send out a batch campaign, like, a one time, where you don't actually need to create a journey to do that. Right now, we do need to, you know, create a journey, do a lot of filtering. But a lot of other ESPs I use, you can just, you know, create a campaign and define the target audience, define the time, and that's it. You don't need to actually go through all the journey creations to do that.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can create journey flows and perform cross-channel communications easily. Iterable simplifies testing, streamlining campaign management within minutes.

 ### 14. Love iterates support chat!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Your support team on chat is unmatched! I have worked with sales force for over 8 years, Eloqua for 6 and a variety of others for a few years each. None have anything close to how knowledgeable your team is. I can’t express enough how bad the support was with salesforce even with paying for their top tear support, millions a year waisted.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Wish there was PDF hosting, in the image hosting tool.
Please please add some type of folder structure to snippets. It’s hard to organize and even search for snippets to go now. They are just all thrown in together and unless you. Have all the names memorized it can be time consuming to find.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped increase our sales to the point where we’re cash flow positive now

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you've had such a positive experience with our support team! We strive to provide top-notch service to all of our customers.

 ### 15. Effective Email Management with Quick Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanley M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I really appreciate that Iterable allows us to send a high volume of emails efficiently. It also lets us rapidly experiment with sending emails at the right time for users, which used to require complex bespoke systems. The setup helped us quickly test different features, making our workflow more streamlined. I also like that Iterable can integrate with our custom software through webhooks for data retrieval and metrics reporting.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

There have been certain limitations, like only one email getting sent per eighteen hours for journeys, but we have been able to work with our Iterable support team to find ways around limitations like this.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable allows us to rapidly experiment with email timing without building complex bespoke systems, optimizing our time and efficiency.

 ### 16. Overall, a very useful product which covers all the necessities of CRM

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben D. | Marketing Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable makes it very easy to track campaign and experiment performance, with many ways to easily access information on both, either by going through the campaign section itself or by going into the reporting sections.

It is very easy to pull lists of users quickly, based on a list of requirements and this has also made it easy to define segments/lists for our campaigns.

Iterable as a company always seems to offer fast and helpful solutions when our business runs into problems.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Iterable only seeming to hold most recent dates when it comes to events like subscribe dates and list subscribe dates can make reviewing an entire customers lifecycle difficult.

Unique Opens appears to have different definitions based on if you are looking at the time series reporting vs the dashboarding, due to the introduction of date into the former. There probably needs to be a different unique definition for where one is day/campaign specific and one is campaign specific.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable is helping us to manage our loyalty programs for some of our clients and we utilise both the list functionality to keep up to date records of who has signed up rewards and also build all of our BAU and Automated emails inside of iterable to further manage these programs.

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Iterable. We understand the importance of accurate date tracking and unique opens definitions, and we will work to enhance these features for a better user experience.

 ### 17. Great for automation and journeys, with room to improve analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa O. | Senior CRM Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable is flexible, fast, and easy to work with. The segmentation options are strong, experiments are simple to set up, and the overall UI is user friendly and makes it easy to work with. Journeys are intuitive, and the platform scales well even with large datasets.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

When copy pasting flows it doesn't always save the settings so when you have a lot of them it can get error prone. Also customer support ist not always super helpful, though, repsonsive and quickly to reply. Analytics could be better across campaigns and audience segments.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable helps manage all our customer messaging in one place instead of juggling multiple tools. I can build journeys, send campaigns, test things quickly, and target the right users without relying on engineers. It also makes it easier to keep messages consistent across channels. Overall, it saves a lot of time, reduces errors, and lets us move faster with our CRM work.

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> It's great to hear that Iterable is helping you streamline your customer messaging and CRM work. We're focused on providing a platform that simplifies marketing tasks and enables efficient targeting and consistent messaging across channels.

 ### 18. A powerful platform with an intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

We had a really positive onboarding experience. The Iterable team took the time to understand our company's specific needs and how we could accomplish our goals with their tools. They created extensive documentation around our use cases with clear goals.
Since we've started using the platform it's been easy to activate on our user data and introduce other members of our team to the tools. Our CSM works closely with us on new initiatives and takes our concerns seriously.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Iterable needs to update its NHI filtering to include activity monitoring. They are missing a native connector to LinkedIn ads that would be super helpful.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us more easily activate on user data and saving a ton of time.

 ### 19. Very good for our use case, needs improvement in conversion tracking.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David Y. | CRM Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Honestly, Iterable is just easy to use. The interface is intuitive, never overwhelming, and allows me to accomplish tasks without having to dig through endless menus. What stands out most for me is the visual journey builder-it enables me to design customer flows with branches, delays, and varied messages in a way that's both clear and genuinely enjoyable. If I need to adjust something or try out a new idea, I can do it quickly without it becoming a major undertaking.

Segmentation is another feature I really appreciate. I’m able to create detailed audiences based on behaviors and attributes, then launch targeted campaigns without always needing help from developers. This lets us move faster, personalize more effectively, and avoid sending generic messages to everyone.

I also value having everything centralized. With email, push, in-app, and SMS all managed within the same journey, it’s much easier to keep messaging consistent and avoid accidentally spamming people from different platforms. Overall, the integrations and personalization options feel reliable, making the whole experience smooth once everything is set up.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

My main frustration lies with conversion tracking. When it functions properly, it’s great, but too often it doesn’t feel reliable enough to trust completely. This becomes a real issue when I need to demonstrate impact or optimize campaigns. At times, the reported numbers seem inconsistent with those from other tools, and it can be difficult to understand exactly why certain actions are being attributed the way they are.

This uncertainty makes it challenging to optimize with confidence, since I can never be entirely sure whether performance has genuinely changed or if the tracking is simply acting up. I would really appreciate more consistent tracking, clearer documentation explaining how attribution works, and improved options for adjusting it to better align with how we measure conversions internally.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable allows us to manage lifecycle marketing efficiently, preventing our processes from becoming disorganized or overly manual. We rely on it to automate customer journeys, deliver personalized messages at scale, and maintain organized communication across multiple channels. This platform saves us time, simplifies targeting, and enables us to create more intelligent flows that respond to real user behavior, rather than relying solely on generic email blasts.

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> Your review highlights how much value teams get from fast iteration, thoughtful segmentation, and truly visual journey building. It’s great to hear that centralizing channels has helped keep messaging consistent and intentional. We also hear your concerns around conversion tracking reliability and attribution clarity, especially when measuring real impact. That feedback is important context as we continue improving analytics.

 ### 20. User-Friendly and Intuitive Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle D. | CRM Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable is intuitive, easy to navigate and user-friendly. I value the ability to build and manage multi-channel campaigns all within a single platform. In particular, the segmentation tool has opened up new ways to refine our targeting, while the drag-and-drop builder has saved our team both time and effort.

Customer support has also been excellent. Shoutout to our CSM Claire, who has been instrumental in troubleshooting and making sure we get the most out of the platform. I appreciate being able to submit feature requests and actually see them implemented, as this involvement makes me feel connected to the development of the features I use and more invested in the platform overall.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

There's a couple of areas where I'd appreciate further development, e.g. functionality to organise lists and group them into folders, and also a clear way to monitor the growth and development of lists and segments over time.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable enables us to manage multiple multi-channel lifecycle campaigns with ease. It's opened up new opportunities for personalisation and segmentation so we can target the right audience, at the right time, with the right message.

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> Supporting intuitive campaign management and meaningful personalization is core to what we aim to deliver, so it’s encouraging to see that reflected in your experience. It’s also great to hear that collaboration with your CSM and the ability to submit feature requests have added value. Your input on list organization and visibility into segment growth is noted and appreciated as we evolve the platform. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

 ### 21. Effective Automation with Outstanding Assistance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariely J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I like the support I receive from our CSM and the different features that emerge during the roll out. They help me know how to do things better, follow best practices, and identify opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I think the catalog section could have better connectivity for use in flows and segmentation. Just in making the data accessible, for example, being able to call catalog fields directly. The initial setup was somewhat complicated since it was something completely new and we used somewhat old platforms, so the integration is still being figured out.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iterable to structure flows and customer journeys and automate manual tasks. It also helps me learn best practices and identify opportunities.

 ### 22. A feature set several years behind the competition

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable was reasonably well appreciated by our internal engineers as a tool that was easy enough to pipe data into and work with. The UX of the journey building system is easy to understand, and even if it needs refinement, it is an 'easier' solution for smaller teams who require less flexibility or more advanced features.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Iterable, especially contrasted against industry mainstay competitors (eg, Braze, Salesforce, etc) falls short in its feature set. It simply isn't as robust as its counterparts, and even things like A/B testing functionality have hurdles involved within their journey builder that simply do not exist on other platforms.

I found our account management representatives to be particularly unflexible and difficult to work with, and contrasting to other providers, Iterable is comparatively a small cost savings, but not nearly enough to justify the significant downgrade in quality and features. It's, generally, a few years behind its larger competitors.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable is a perfectly adequate tool for CRM teams of a smaller size looking for lighter weight contracts without the cost implications of a better software.

 ### 23. Proactive Support and Flexible Automation for Healthcare

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha C. | Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I like the proactive approach that the Iterable team takes to solve customer issues, which is great for us since we're in the healthcare field and have different needs than traditional B2C tactics. Iterable allows us to pivot effectively. I value the Journey Assist feature, which helps me focus more on strategy rather than the creation of communication points. The initial setup was fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I think Iterable could improve by customizing the user profile and being able to utilize that data more effectively.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable helps with automation, personalization, and data organization, enabling effective communication with our B2C customers. I appreciate their proactive approach and the ability to focus on strategy rather than creation.

 ### 24. All-in-One Email, SMS & Push with AI That Speeds Up Journey Building

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

That I’m able to manage email, sms and push all in one platform. It makes reaching the customer on the right channel a lot easier as opposed to relaying on plugins or software like zapier. The Ai features also help speed up the work like building journeys which is really important when working on a lean team

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Setting up API connections or custom events can be a little finicky and one action might break another, make sure you’re testing it all. Having a strong software engineer on your team is helpful

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable helps us reach the right customers with targeted messages, prevents over-communication, and personalizes customer experiences through effective segmentation and campaign optimization.

 ### 25. Streamlines Lifecycle Marketing with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I really like Iterable's easy-to-use interface and great functionality, which makes managing journeys simple. Being able to scale lifecycle programs fast and test and iterate based on results is a big plus. I also appreciate how well-organized the initial setup was, making the transition smooth. Having used it at another company and bringing it to my new one, I can definitely say I love it.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Sometimes I wish analytics were more robust or easier to access.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iterable to activate, onboard, engage, and retain users. It allows us to scale lifecycle programs fast, test, and iterate. The interface is easy to use, and journey management is simple, adding great functionality.

 ### 26. Effortless Communication Management with Powerful Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Judy K. | Director, Engagement Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I like how easy Iterable is to use, but also how powerful it is. I can build anything I wish with the tools provided. I find all the tools very easy to use, from initial setup to any situation that the marketing team may throw at us. I also enjoy how Iterable continues to build on their suite of products incorporating AI, especially.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

There are always future updates that I look forward to. Specifically in managing data and fields and how we can best incorporate that into our campaigns.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable keeps all my communications and their metrics in one place, allowing me to iterate and set up experimentations quickly and efficiently.

 ### 27. Campaign Folders Keep Client Projects Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I like the option to organize Campaigns in folders, which helps keep different client projects organized. Iterable's support team is another great feature, where it's easy to speak with a human, and the automated chat responses, if a human isn't available, are helpful to reference & document projects when we're troubleshooting items.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I dislike the journey/campaign setup of Iterable. Sometimes it can be difficult to locate which Journey a Campaign is in because of the way the emails/campaigns/templates are accessed, making it difficult to weave in and out of making email edits.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable provides a solid email marketing platform for clients to send marketing and transactional messages.

 ### 28. Effortless Multi-Channel Journeys, Needs Deeper Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** paavan c. | Lead Data Analyst, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I like how Iterable makes complex multi-channel customer journeys easy to design and operate without heavy engineering support. A new user can quickly and easily track the flow for a marketing campaign setup for a custom audience, and you can search for individual users via their user ID. I appreciate how it helps us send the right message to the right customer segment at the right time via email. The initial setup was fairly easy, making it less daunting to start using.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

It's harder to get deep funnel analysis and journey level impact which can be more valuable. It can add multi-step product funnels like signup, KYC, first transaction, and repeat usage. Measure journey level impact like for holdout and non-holdout group.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iterable to automate and personalize communication, send emails to the right segment at the right time, and design complex multi-channel journeys easily without heavy engineering. New users can easily track marketing campaigns and search by user ID.

 ### 29. Straightforward and flexible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

The features are straightforward to learn and utilize, but this is not at the expense of flexibility or quality. The segmentation using both user profile fields and event data is especially helpful.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I would love to see improvements to Smart Ingest functionality, particularly the speed of the service. The length of time it takes to sync data with Iterable has been somewhat limiting.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable is allowing for dynamic content in emails and thus personalization of marketing that goes out to our customers, which was previously not possible. We are testing this now with hopes it will benefit the team's productivity and drive revenue for the company as a whole.

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Iterable's features straightforward and flexible. We appreciate your feedback on the Smart Ingest functionality, and we're continuously working to improve the speed and efficiency of our services.

 ### 30. Highly Robust Platform with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susonnah G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I use Iterable for email outreach, automation, and analytics. It helps me create personalized emails more seamlessly using snippets, and segmentation is very easy and robust. I think Iterable’s customer service is great, especially the implementation team. I love the use of handlebars and snippets for easy dynamic content and personalization. The initial setup of Iterable was great, and though we had to adapt some of our existing systems, it’s been for the better.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

If technical errors occur, it's hard to identify the issue to resolve it. Error messaging and notifications can greatly improve Iterable.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable helps me create personalized emails seamlessly using snippets, with easy and robust segmentation.

 ### 31. Iterable Made Email Marketing Easy to Learn and Grow With

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra M. | Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable has been so helpful to us. When I first started my role, I was very novice with email marketing and once we transitioned to iterable I learned so much and continue to every day!

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

The only thing I’ve found challenging is that you cannot permanently delete a user profile.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it’s helping send the most tailored information as possible to customers which is benefitting us for customer retention

 ### 32. Effortless Customer Engagement with Powerful Personalization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer M. | Marketing Content Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable makes customer engagement simple and powerful. I love how easy it is to create personalized journeys across email, SMS, and mobile, and the platform’s intuitive design means we can launch campaigns quickly without sacrificing sophistication.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

While I appreciate how many channels and automation possibilities Iterable offers, the reporting interface could be more intuitive and robust: we found ourselves exporting data just to get the dashboards we needed. Also, for new users, there is a bit of a steep learning curve before you can confidently build complex journeys.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team used to spend a lot of time managing multiple tools for email, SMS, and push notifications. Iterable consolidated all those functions into one platform. Now, we can automate complex workflows, test messages easily, and analyze results in real time. It’s made our marketing operations more efficient and freed up time for strategy and creativity instead of manual campaign setup.

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> It's great to hear that Iterable has consolidated your marketing functions and made your operations more efficient. We're committed to helping our users save time and streamline their processes.

 ### 33. Efficient Marketing with Excellent Support

I really appreciate Iterable's easy-to-use interface, which has dramatically reduced training and onboarding for new employees. The amazing customer support through their premier program is another big plus. I like their innovative and AI-led mindset, which is forward looking and shows their commitment to product improvements. The platform also enables our marketing team to work more efficiently and independently, saving us time on platform issues and allowing us to perform rapid A/B testing at scale.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Need more visibility into SMS spam complaints.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable enables our marketing team to work more efficiently and independently, and it reduces training and onboarding time for new employees.

 ### 34. CRM and Email Marketing Made Easy with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddie B. | CRM Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I like that Iterable is easy to use and comes with great customer service. It really helps me, especially since I'm a CRM team of one, to automate and personalize emails across our entire organization.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I think a lot of the platform is very technical and as a new user it can be challenging to understand all the different moving pieces. I think onboarding for new users on existing accounts could be helpful.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iterable to automate and personalize emails, solving challenges in segmentation and customization. It's easy for me, a CRM team of one, to manage email marketing across our organization.

 ### 35. Reliable Platform for Email Campaigns and Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan S. | Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable features an intuitive user interface, a convenient drag-and-drop email template editor and email journey builder. It also offers robust audience segmentation and a variety of reporting options.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

The options for sorting and searching campaigns could use some improvement, particularly once you have created hundreds of them. It would also be helpful to have the ability for users to generate events directly from the frontend. Usage limits on profiles, sends, and events require careful planning as you scale.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable enables us to centralize and automate our customer communications, which simplifies the process of running personalized email campaigns and onboarding journeys. The platform's segmentation and workflow features help boost engagement, and its comprehensive analytics give us the insights needed to optimize for a stronger ROI. Iterable saves us time, streamlines our processes, and elevates the overall customer experience.

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> Thank you for your feedback on Iterable's features and capabilities. We appreciate your suggestions for improvement, and we will take them into consideration as we continue to enhance the platform. We're pleased to hear that Iterable has been beneficial in centralizing and automating your customer communications.

I like how Iterable allows for personalization, making emails feel personable through effective segmentation. It provides a better experience for users and leads to higher conversion rates. Additionally, I appreciate Iterable for its better price to quality ratio compared to the previous product we used, HubSpot. Although there were challenges, the initial setup of Iterable helped with our data hygiene, ensuring smoother overall operations.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Very technical, users will need coding experience

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iterable for mass scale outreach and creating email journeys. It helps with segmentation and personalization, making emails feel personable, which enhances the user experience and boosts conversion rates.

 ### 37. Effortless Marketing Automation, A Perfect Fit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristopher V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

I like reporting for specific launch dates and target KPI features in Iterable, which help us market more efficiently and create new channels for marketing enhancements. I find the platform's reporting, specific targeting, and simple journey builds valuable, as well as the SMS channel coverage. Additionally, the initial setup of Iterable was pretty easy, and it was well worth the transition. Everything is good so far; I have no complaints.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

N/A

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable helps with reporting, specific targeting, and simple journey builds. It covers SMS channel needs and allows us to market more efficiently and create new channels for marketing enhancements.

 ### 38. Effortless Customization and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I use the journey builder to create custom journeys for users based on specific actions and events. I like the easy customer interface, which makes everything straightforward. The customer service team is wonderful, always providing excellent support. Iterable's ability to scale quickly was a key factor for my team switching from Salesforce. Also, the initial setup of Iterable was easy.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Some feature requests take forever to get in the queue

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iterable's journey builder to create custom user journeys based on actions and events, offering an easy customer interface. It allows us to scale quickly after switching from Salesforce.

 ### 39. Powerful Tool with Journey Excellence, Needs Better Admin Transparency & Basic Admin Functionality

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendall R.

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I think the best thing about Iterable is its Journey functionality and the user-friendly nature of the builder. The Journeys are incredibly flexible, and it's easy to troubleshoot issues later or see where patients went. The flow chart structure is intuitive, even for folks not in Iterable daily. Also, being able to pull segmentation lists and feed patients into intelligent Journeys helps walk them through engagement steps, lifting the load for our support team. We also leverage SMS and Push, which makes it even easier to engage the audience.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I would like to see an easier way to pull someone out of a Journey, as managing this is not as intuitive as it could be. It would be helpful if I could easily remove or drop someone into a Journey much like handling user details or lists. Updating field values directly on a User Detail page would save so much time for certain scenarios instead of using the API portal or creating a webhook. The reporting functionality could be improved by drilling down into specific user actions, like seeing which 5 people clicked in a campaign, directly from the report. Finally, there are some 'black box' elements in Iterable's design decisions that could be more transparent for admins, and the Knowledge Base does not adequately address common points of confusion, having too many 'happy path' articles rather than clarifying articles for when something does not work entirely smoothly the first time.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable automates patient communications, moving them from registration to scheduling appointments without manual support intervention, reducing our team's load. It uses SMS and Push to enhance engagement, creating a comprehensive Journey ecosystem that intelligently guides patients through their next steps.

 ### 40. Iterable Empowers Our Teams with Flexibility, Scale, and Personalization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabby S. | Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I really appreciate the wide range of features that help boost efficiency across various teams, including product, marketing, and data. Iterable gives our team the flexibility required for quick experimentation, the scalability to connect with audiences worldwide, and an easy-to-use interface. It also allows us to build custom journeys that we couldn't create with our previous solution.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

As of now there's isn't anything I dislike, we're newer to the platform. As we gather feedback we'll happily share, but in comparison to our previous solution Iterable is changing the game.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned earlier, Iterable is addressing our challenges with rapid experimentation and accelerating our speed to market. Our existing process is highly manual, involving over 30 steps and taking three to four weeks just to launch basic campaigns. With Iterable, we are also able to enhance personalization and create customized user journeys that respond to individual customer actions, rather than relying on broad, mass messaging strategies. Additionally, Iterable provides our team with real-time visibility into email performance and delivers insights and metrics for each campaign within a single platform. This is a significant improvement over our current setup with Eloqua and Tableau, which lacks the level of granularity we require.

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Iterable. We're pleased to hear that Iterable is addressing your challenges with rapid experimentation, personalization, and campaign performance insights. We're committed to providing ongoing support and innovation for your team.

 ### 41. So Easy to Use—Powerful Segmentation with Minimal Code

**Reviewed by:** Kieron B. | Associate Director, Marketing Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

So easy to use. Very little code required. The segmentation tool is very use friendly to me.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

It feels very email marketing heavy. They are making real progress bringing in all the other channels but it sill feels very email first, and ecommerce focused. (but we are not ecommerce and it works great for us)

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really makes always on journeys work really well. Lots of tools to make sure the right people enter, and progress through the journey correctly when set up, and I can walk away and it runs great from then on.

 ### 42. Outstanding Support and Intuitive Interface with Powerful AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor B. | Senior CRM Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I truly appreciate the CSM support and the assistance we receive through our dedicated channel. Both Joy and Haitham are consistently available, always ready to help, and they proactively address any difficulties we encounter, working hard to find solutions. I also find the interface very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The AI features, including STO, Frequency Optimisation, and Predictive Goals, are excellent additions that enhance the overall experience. I find Email, Push and SMS all very ease to set up and use.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

-When new features are rolled out and some features are retired it's not always communicated well.
-It can sometimes be a little buggy & glitchy

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One stack solution for all channels - Email, SMS and Push, allowing the team to create seamless customer journeys.

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback on our CSM support and intuitive interface. We understand the importance of clear communication on new features and will strive to enhance this. Our team is dedicated to resolving any bugs or glitches to ensure a smooth experience.

 ### 43. Powerful, Easy-to-Use Campaigns—But Advanced Features Can Feel Overwhelming

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

What I like most about Iterable is its ease of use when creating and managing marketing campaigns. The platform is relatively easy to implement, especially for teams that already have their data structured for marketing automation. Iterable is used frequently to manage customer engagement through email, push notifications, and other channels, which makes it an important tool for daily marketing activities. It also offers a strong number of features, such as audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign analytics. Another advantage is the ease of integration with other tools and data platforms, which helps connect customer data across systems. In addition, the customer support and documentation are generally helpful when teams need assistance with setup or campaign optimization.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

One downside of Iterable is that some advanced features can feel complex at first, which may affect ease of use for new users. Although implementation is manageable, it can take time to fully configure integrations and data flows correctly. The platform has many features, which is useful but can also make the interface feel overwhelming initially. Customer support is helpful, but response times can vary depending on the urgency of the issue or the support plan. Since the tool is used frequently for campaign management, small usability issues can sometimes slow down workflows.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable solves the problem of managing and automating customer communication across multiple channels. It provides a centralized platform where marketing teams can create campaigns, segment audiences, and track engagement. This benefits teams by making communication with customers more organized and personalized. The ease of integration with other data systems also helps ensure that customer information is up to date and usable for targeting. Because Iterable is used frequently in marketing operations, it helps improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver more relevant messages to users.

 ### 45. Clear, Intuitive Experience That Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Millie F. | CRM assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I appreciate the user experience, as everything is clear and straightforward. This allows me to complete tasks more quickly and smoothly, without making things unnecessarily complicated. I also like the layout of the pages.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

I find it frustrating that sometimes my edits don't save, and copying and pasting text from other sources can lead to errors. Additionally, when changes aren't saved, I risk losing a significant amount of work. It would be helpful to have an autosave feature while building campaigns or lists to prevent this from happening.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iterable provides a space for my team where everything we do online can be done is one space. that is truely so helpful, meaning we can be aligned and send the same messagin consistantly

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Iterable's clear and intuitive user experience. We understand the frustration with edits not saving and the potential for errors when copying and pasting text. Your feedback about the need for an autosave feature is valuable and will be considered for future enhancements.

**Reviewed by:** Camille M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

I love the A/B testing features in Iterable, which allow me to test and optimize our communication to peak performance. Before using Iterable, we had no way to test and optimize with visible results. It's great that this drives our testing strategy and proves value.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

The reporting suite could be better. We use outside tools to measure impact on many tests.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable optimizes cross-channel communication and provides A/B testing to improve and prove the value of our strategies. It's vital for our testing and optimization, which was lacking before.

I find Iterable easy to use, especially for creating blast campaigns and analyzing them. Its AI assistant is particularly beneficial, as it aids me in crafting effortless user journeys, optimizing content and timing for delivery. I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce and our back-end system, making the workflow smooth and cohesive. Iterable's ability to transform strategy into easy-to-create messages at crucial moments in customer journeys is impressive.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Sometimes the journey beginning can be challenging to start, and the analysis is a little too broad at times which can be inconvenient.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iterable to create blast campaigns, optimize journey flows, and analyze campaigns, enabling strategic message deployment at crucial customer journey moments while leveraging an effective AI assistant.

**Official Response from Deja Darrington:**

> Your review highlights exactly how teams use Iterable to move faster across blasts and journeys. It’s good to hear the AI assistant and integrations are supporting that workflow. We also hear your feedback on journey setup and reporting depth and will share that with the team. Thanks for contributing your experience.

 ### 49. A great all-in-one CRM solution!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Photography | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Iterable?**

Iterable has changed how we do CRM as it's such a flexible system that allows us to send to our customers all over the world with ease, handlebars means one template can be used worldwide. It's also becoming an all-in-one solution for omnichannel marketing which means we can use one tool for all our uses. Customer support helped us onboard and get to know the system, they're very fast to answer.

**What do you dislike about Iterable?**

Some features need work and improvement (Alerts, AI), it would also be good to have more flexibility over emails in the D&D editor, like being able to annotate emails in Gmail for promos - features that smaller tools provide.

**What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iterable is helping us do marketing automation to a global audience with it's all-in-one solution. The more data you give it - the smarter it is.
