"IT Glue to the rescue"

What do you like best about IT Glue?

The audit trail has been used to good effect for all those challenges where someone decides to change a password everyone needs, but doesn't tell anyone. It helps make people accountable and helps effectively manage tens of thousands of passwords.

We've been synicng all our Microsoft 365 and several other supplier's information to IT Glue to make this a real hub to our MSP business.

Lastl but not least, they started a limited implimentation of AI. It helps to use natural language on all the questions poeple want answers to, but couldn't find before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IT Glue?

One thing that would really help for us would be to support office formats and to be able to edit office files directly. Now you have to convert them to the internal IT Glue format. If you store office documents direcly it makes the workflow too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IT Glue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous Password management product was less complete, had less features a sorely lacking an audit trail. We have a functional API we use to cross reference and check against other Kaseya products. We have practical user management with detailed options to set rights. Since using IT Glue we've been able to share our Passwords with our customers while excluding certain passwords in a way that doesn't impact our ability to find them.

And we just started testing with further documenting the complete tech stack of customers for a single place to find and manage our customers. First tests are very positive, it's easy to get document the specifics for certain servers, so you have the information available where and when you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
