I love how IT Glue allows me to store everything from passwords and documentation to vendor information in one central place, making it easy to relate all of this information together. It really solves the problem of keeping things organized and prevents the chaos of having information scattered across Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and various papers. Additionally, IT Glue's ability to integrate with other managed service products like Scalepad, Ninja One, and Halo PSA is fantastic, as it consolidates all of our client information into a single location, and I really enjoy having a single pane of glass for all our data through our Halo PSA system. Also, while the initial setup was a bit complex due to IT Glue's comprehensive features, it was well worth it because the system became quite intuitive and an integral part of our business.
