What do you like best about IT Glue?

IT Glue is the gold standard for IT documentation and completely transforms how a service desk operates. Its strongest feature is the relationship mapping engine—the ability to seamlessly link configurations, SOPs, passwords, and user contacts together means that technical context travels with the engineer. When a server goes down, the dependencies and recovery procedures are instantly visible. Furthermore, its deep integration with the broader ecosystem (especially seamless two-way syncing with PSA and RMM platforms) ensures our documentation remains accurate without manual double-entry. The built-in password vault is enterprise-grade, offering granular role-based access controls and an unalterable audit trail that provides complete accountability. What do you dislike about IT Glue?

Because IT Glue is such a comprehensive and structured platform, the initial setup and data migration require a deliberate strategy. Establishing documentation standards, configuring the granular permissions model, and maintaining strict "documentation hygiene" takes discipline. If you don't enforce structured data entry early on, the environment can become cluttered as it scales, though this is more of an operational challenge than a software flaw. IT Glue solves the massive operational drag caused by scattered credentials, undocumented network configurations, and reliance on "tribal knowledge." By centralizing all client and internal IT data into a single, standardized framework, it prevents our technicians from hunting through emails, spreadsheets, or legacy drives to find what they need. The direct integrations with our PSA and RMM tools allow technicians to view critical asset data and launch remote sessions without constantly switching screens. The primary benefit is a drastically reduced Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), vastly faster onboarding for new engineers, and the security of knowing all sensitive configurations and passwords are comprehensively tracked and audited.
