Special focus is placed on fast production with effective results. It is also very important that there are automatically generated subtitles in order to offer ever better accessible content. ### 2. You don't need to be an expert, as long as you know Powerpoint you can create what I call "glorified PowerPoints" which are essentially slides-based courses but you can add video, audio narration of any kind including text-to-speech, quizzes, interactions, and role plays. The thing I like best is that iSpring is constantly coming out with new features/improvements to make your life easier, such as adding to their content library (e.g. new illustrated characters and backgrounds). They PERSONALLY emailed me to ask what new features I needed/wanted. I told them I needed audio attachable to each quiz question and answer choice (for language courses). And they DID IT. Now everyone can enjoy this new feature, and they never stop improving. Suddenly there is closed captioning (for videos) available; Suddenly the course player is available in Arabic; Suddenly there are beautiful new options for designing a Page; etc. etc. Customer service is fantastic and there is also a team dedicated to putting on professional webinars to develop your skills. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** I really dislike that I cannot collaborate with other users of iSpring because we are technically on different "plans"/"subscriptions". In real life we are part of the same organization because I work with them as a freelancer, yet we cannot collaborate on any projects (housed in iSpring Cloud) because we purchased subscriptions separately. As an independent freelancer, I will ALWAYS have this problem for the rest of my career unless I can convince an organization to pay for my "seat". But it is hard enough as it is to get the client in the first place. I cannot ask them to also pay for an extra seat for me. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** ISpring allows inexperienced laypeople to create/modify courses without formal training. If you know how to use PowerPoint (and who doesn't?) you can jump straight into building eLearning courses with a minimal learning curve. It includes a variety of features (interactive quizzes, scenarios, screen recordings, etc) which allows for interactivity built within a platform that is familiar. It's a great choice for companies that are just beginning their eLearning journey, or for those who have a background in facilitation and need to build online offerings to match. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** iSpring Suite is not super customizable. For those familiar with Articulate, it's more of a Rise than a Storyline. There are probably a few more interactions available than in Rise, but you can't create any fully customizable interactions and for advanced course creators that is very limiting. Also it is desktop-based, so you also have to make sure that you are saving and sharing out the correct version. What I like the most? - Converting PPT to HTML, including all animations, transitions, etc. - Text-to-voice feature, where all PPT notes should be converted into hundreds of languages and voices - Embed option - I can embed to Powerpoint the third party codes and iSpring would play it - Extensive protection. I appreciate the most white-label domains, which means that my HTML PowerPoint could be previewed only from dedicated websites - Possibility to download the code and run it from my own servers - Excellent customer support. I'd like to be able to have colored font in QuizMaker. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's easy to use. I use QuizMaker and it's great because you don't have to have an LMS, only email.
