I like the ease of publishing use and the customizable features of iSpring LMS. Reporting is really easy, and I can deliver reports with just a few clicks. It automates a lot of the training and lets me run reports and send out notifications. I can deliver custom training easily with an e-module. The initial setup was pretty easy, which I appreciated. I find it confusing that the dates are all American, especially since I'm in Australia. The notification system could definitely be more refined. Also, it would be great to be able to define the types of files for uploaded certificates or assessments, like allowing only PDFs.
