What do you like best about ISPnext?

The solution provides you as a purchasing professional very usefull information on:

- Spend Management

- Contract Lifecycle Management

- Vendor Rating

- Supplier Portal

- (Product)Categories

The support and development departments of VendorLink is prefect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ISPnext?

I can not think of any. Sometime we have to wait for developments because VendorLink has other customers with developoments but we get there developments for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ISPnext:

We intergated VendorLink with SAP S4Hana Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ISPnext solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives us a better overview of our Spend and Contracts and with Vendor Rating we rate our Suppliers on contracts but even better the Suppliers can rate us as well. With the workflow of VendorLink we can exchange certificates and documents with our Suppliers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
