What do you like best about isolved?

What do you dislike about isolved?

Review reminders are sent out too often and some things are more difficult to change because you have to change them in so many different spots. Directions could be more clear for setting certain things up, but our iSolved customer support rep (Kristen Hill) has been super helpful. Victoria Garrison too, during Kristen's absence.
