I find isolved super user friendly and pretty frictionless. I can access my information, request things, and submit information without problems. I can get my latest pay stub and tax statements through the portal right away, then download and send them to the people who need them without having to speak with anyone. I use the pay stub and tax statements reports most often. I was a little intimidated at first, but I quickly realized how user friendly isolved was, and now I can use it with ease.
