I use isolved multiple times daily. I truly love how reliable it is and the built-in checks and balances. But what I appreciate most is the people. When I call, I speak to a member of a dedicated team. I have had the same benefits enrollment specialist for three years and she is PHENOMENAL. I have also had the experience where I just didn't jive with a dedicated module rep. She was knowledgeable and personable but we just didn't connect when communicating together. There seems to have been a transition in how trouble tickets were routed and responded to in the last six months. During this time, I had to follow up on trouble ticket communications, which I never had to do before. It might have been growing pains from getting into a new rhythm. While I haven't needed to submit a trouble ticket in the last two months and believe the issue has been resolved, this experience was a downside. Additionally, the AI hub is not intuitive or responsive. I have to log in specifically to look for updates instead of being alerted and have to read through recommended resources before submitting a concern.
