From the very beginning of our transition away from our previous payroll provider, the team at PNI HCM was top notch. They had a dedicated team to help me with every step of the transition. I liked this because I got to know those individuals and they got to know me and understand our business. Every member of the transition team was very responsive and quick to get back to me when I had a question. They were also quick to provide solutions for any problems. I really like that I have developed a relationship with individuals at PNI HCM. This is different from my experience with previous payroll providers. I wish I could choose how long I stay signed in before it kicks me out and makes me log back in. Having two "looks" (Classic and AEE) causes some extra work because as the Administrator, I have to answer questions/train people in both views. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
