For example, at the moment, making changes in the SoA and Risks & Treatments modules can take a long time because we have to open and update each entry individually to apply a change. It was a constant struggle to maintain, to ensure compliance, and to drive adoption across the organisation. ISMS changed all of that. It has proven critical for us in supporting the ISO9001 processes at DOPE. It helps with the detailed and complex tasks by keeping everything streamlined and clear, providing a practical and much easier way to follow the process and get things done. While some effort is needed at the start to set it up and learn the interface, it quickly becomes intuitive and is pretty easy for the whole team to use. **What do you dislike about ISMS.online?** It is a full featured platform covering compliance management focusing on the managers of the policies. The rest of the stakeholders within an organisation can view published policy packs relevant to them and mark them as "read", yet ISMS stops there. As nice to have features, that from my POV would position ISMS as a more complete suite in their domain, I would love to see an expansion of features opening up also to this audience within an organisation. But the best thing about ISMS.online, especially when we were seeking ISO27001 certification, was the Headstart feature - pre-built bank of tools, frameworks, policies & controls to help get us going quickly. **What do you dislike about ISMS.online?** At the start, the UI was difficult to navigate, but over time the team at ISMS.online have greatly improved this and the overall usability is much better. And because more than 60+% is already filled in, it’s straightforward to adjust the controls and text so they fit your own organisation, without having to write everything from scratch. **What do you dislike about ISMS.online?** Because you pay per certification, pricing can become an issue when you need more then 2 or 3 certifications. **What problems is ISMS.online solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a mature ISMS solution that would help us cover all controls and requirements, without having to investigate every control and every requirement ourselves and then build a solution to address each one. I liked the way clauses and controls were split into importance through the phases of following the ARM. Luckily the tool was descriptive enough for me to interpret that I was migrating from the old system and updating to the new version, rather than starting from scratch. It had clarity. My experience with the IO platform, and the people working at ISMS has all been very positive. We bought the tool to help the business transition to the ISO 27001 v2022, have a Spanish version (we have an office in Colombia) and long term plan of rolling out SOC 2 as well. I really appreciated having the 'Legacy (v2013) controls and mapping' section because it did take a while for my head to get around and migrate away from v2013 to v2022. I used this section a lot. This obviously will become obsolete in time for new users to the standard, but it was extremely helpful to be able to use it. Overall I am really happy with the tool and appreciate that most of the hardwork has been taken out of such a boring subject, haha! **What do you dislike about ISMS.online?** Very little to dislike about the tool, but some wording I did not find intuitive like clusters or project (.i.e. referencing to the ISO 27001 as a whole) because in my head project means something else. But I can see you have some UI changes coming and this has been addressed, and I did notice though some of the help section graphics must have been from a previous version of the tool because not all of it married up to the live version. **What problems is ISMS.online solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before ISMS arrived, I used a manual framework that worked well for small our scale needs, but transitioning to the new version was proving challenging. The ISMS tool made the transition exceptionally easy and straightforward, removing significant pain points. I needed a good tool to transition from the old ISO version (2013) to the latest version (2022) and it basically paved the way.
