What do you like best about Isarsoft Perception?

As someone managing a high-volume electronics store, I really appreciate that Isarsoft Perception doesn't require us to overhaul our existing infrastructure. We were able to transform our standard security cameras into smart sensors without buying proprietary hardware. The real-time dashboard is incredibly intuitive. My floor managers can see current occupancy and queue lengths at a glance without needing any specialized IT training. The accuracy, even in our warehouse-style aisles with tricky lighting, has been a pleasant surprise. The software also ensures we aren't double-counting staff as customers. What do you dislike about Isarsoft Perception?

The initial setup took a bit longer than I anticipated. While the software is user-friendly once it's up and running, the integration timeline (about 6 weeks for us) meant we couldn't just "plug and play" right before a busy holiday season. What problems is Isarsoft Perception solving and how is that benefiting you?

We primarily use it to solve two major headaches: inefficient staffing and bottlenecks in store flow. Before Isarsoft, we scheduled staff based on historical sales data, which didn't always reflect actual foot traffic. Now, we use live queue management alerts to open new registers before a line even forms, directly improving our customer satisfaction scores. Additionally, the heatmaps revealed which of our departments was a major bottleneck; by reorganizing the layout based on the "dwell time" data provided by the software, we’ve seen a noticeable uptick in browse-to-buy conversion rates.
