Gets the job done as far as EMR services. I do like that you are able to do demographics, check eligibility, and bill out of it. I really like that you can create a receipt for payment that is attached to the chart and can print out. Also, that you can generate work/school absence letters and can easily save to the chart. Isn't always extremely user friendly. I think that it could be more high tech. The biggest thing for my clinic is the fact that Quest Quanum cannot be integrated with the system to automatically upload our urine drug screen results so we have to manually load them.
