What I liked most about Iru is how easy it makes Apple device management without giving up any of the capability we need. Building profiles, creating policies, and deploying them to our fleet is intuitive. I could get things configured and rolled out quickly instead of fighting a complicated interface or digging through documentation. Their customer service stood out just as much. Every time we reached out, the team was responsive and knowledgeable, and they wanted to help us succeed. For an IT team that needs to move fast, that support makes a real difference. Iru is also a much better value than an expensive solution like Jamf, so it’s easy to recommend to any organization that wants powerful device management at a reasonable price. The main drawback is that some advanced features and customization options aren’t as deep as what larger platforms like Jamf offer, so complex or unusual workflows can take extra effort. The community and third-party resources are also smaller, so finding answers online isn’t always as easy. Reporting could be more robust, though it keeps improving with each update.
